Hotel & Suites PF

This hotel has an excellent location just across the street is where Roma Norte begins. The rooms are value for money. For the price they are very good. The interior rooms are without windows so they can feel a bit cave like. The staff helped us upgrade to a better room with a window. It was well worth the extra cost. Our upgraded room faced the street but the sound proofing was excellent and we did not hear much of the street noise. The kitchenette was adequate but did not come stocked with anything not one cup or utensil. I suppose they would stock it upon request. It was an adequate experience. I would consider staying here again.

Excellent location from key areas and located in a safe neighbourhood, walkable to La Roma Area and with easy metro (8mins walk) and bus connections to Centro Historico and La Condesa. The TAPO bus station is also just a few metro stops away which is good if you need to travel to Puebla for a day trip. There is an OXXO convenience store just opposite the hotel which is really good. Hotel staff is helpful, kind, and patient. Everything is functional on the room but the doors are quite thin and there were alot of fumbling outside that you can hear especially in the morning. Overall great for what you get in terms of the value, and I would recommend. They also have a restaurant that serves quite a nice breakfast/brunch buffet with lots of hot dishes.

Great location. Lovely hotel and fantastic service. They kindly stored my luggage for a couple of days before my stay while I flew to the canyon which I really appreciated

The location is ideal for sightseeing, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, offering excellent convenience. The bus stop is also close. There is a bank right next door, making it safe to use the ATM even at night. Although the hotel faces a main road and can be somewhat noisy, it offers great value for money, especially for those whose main purpose is sightseeing. Above all, the front desk staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, providing outstanding service.

Excellent location close to Roma Norte & Zone Rosa, and short walking distance between 2 metro stations and the metro bus. Excellent cafes bars and restaurants close by. The room was quite large with comfortable beds, and the shower was great. It’s excellent value for money considering the location. Staff very nice. Will stay again on my next trip to Mexico City.

This was a decent hotel located within walking distance to many museums, restaurants, parks etc. My room unfortunately didn't have a window, which is why I didn't give 5 stars. The room itself, though, was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was also very nice!

The rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable. The location is perfect —just a short walk to all the cool spots in town. There are also plenty of bike stations nearby, making it easy to explore the city.
